It all started when I lost my job at eleven months pregnant.
In 2024, just as I was preparing to welcome my daughter into the world, my life was turned upside down. What should have been one of the happiest times of my life became filled with fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming anxiety about the future. Despite it all, I kept going for the little life I was about to bring into the world.
Not long after, I moved house, and for the first time in a long while, I had space to slow down, reflect, and journal. During that time, I realised I had been carrying unresolved trauma from my younger years for far too long, and eventually, it caught up with me. I lost my business, and soon after, I lost my corporate job too. Reaching that low point made me realise something had to change. I knew I needed to heal and finally create the life I truly believed I deserved.
It was an incredibly lonely season. I was battling depression, navigating motherhood, and often doing it all alone. In the middle of that pain, I began writing a self-help journal as part of my own healing journey. What started as a personal outlet soon became something much bigger—it inspired me to create this brand to help other women heal, grow, and build the life they dream of.
Choosing growth takes courage, and I am so excited for you to begin this journey. I already know how brightly you are going to shine.
