Damages, Issues and Replacements
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Report delays, damage, or lost orders within 5 days of receipt.
- Report quality or quantity issues within 10 days.
- For replacements, include the order number, email, and phone number.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@selfcarecollective.uk so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement. Please attach photo evidence to speed up processing time. Response times may be longer during peak seasons or for complex cases. Check Spam/Junk folders for replies.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Even for shipments to the European Union, returns are not available for custom-made products. Replacements for damaged or incorrect items are still available.
