Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery Times

• All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are printed specifically for you upon purchase. The average production time is 4-5 business days before an order ships.

• Estimated delivery time is 8 business days from dispatch.                Note: Production and shipping times are separate.

• UK orders: Estimated delivery time is 8 business days from dispatch.

• International orders: Delivery times vary by location and may take 7-21 working days from dispatch depending on the destination and customs processing times.

• All delivery dates are estimated. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of confirmation of completion of your work.

Shipping Rates

• UK: Standard shipping rates apply.

• International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking information will be provided for all orders where applicable.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Delays & Customs

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or customs delays.

• International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes imposed by their country.

• High volumes of work during the peak season before Christmas may mean that orders in production can experience delays.
• If an order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in tracking it down and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
